Marcadium
Hi all, this is a quick note to say hello and introduce myself. I picked up a 40K book (Ultramarine Omnibus) when I was travelling around Germany last year because it was one of the few books in the shop that was in English. I read it and enjoyed it. 2 months ago I broke both my arms while cycling and I had a looooot of time on my hands... thinking back to that book I read in Germany I requested a 40K book to read, and a friend lent me the first book of the Horus Heresy... and I haven't stopped consuming them since! From there it was a quick slip to picking up my AoBR starter box and imagining a scheme for my marines! I can't wait for my arms to be strong enough for me to do more than 30 minutes of modelling and painting at a time :) I have found a great, friendly local games store, and been made really welcome by everyone there. I am really happy with my new hobby! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/239846-hello-new-member-from-sydney-australia/ Share on other sites
