Bionic Lone Wolf

So I have the model built now, just need to get it primed, painted and photos taken. I went with a Lone Wolf (who would have guessed) in power armor, wolf claw on the right arm, the left leg and arm are the forge world bionic bits from the character upgrade kit, and a storm shield on the left arm. to make it where the bionics are still visible, I shaved the hand off the back of the storm shield and mounted it to the front of the hand as if the model is holding it in front of him.

I was also considering adding two "pet Wolves" to go along with him. are they worth it?

can't wait to see the model. The wolves can be.try them out.

looking goodbut for me i would add a wash or 2 into the recesses of the armour to make the outer colour really pop

Agreed. Add some washes, and maybe black-line some of those armor details. The models have an excellent "base colour" coat, now it's time to bring out the details.

I agree with the wash. I personally hate armor highlights, other than a dry brush of some boltgun for wear, but I am trying to decide on what wash to use. If I wash them like I did my scouts, would that be good? I used Devlin Mud for the wash on those because I think scouts should look dirty and unkept. For my Lone Wolf I used the devlin mud and the whatever the name of the red wash is. Gave the model a bloody look i think. was this a good choice?

So here is my Lone Wolf as promised. Im planning on hitting up my wolves today with some Devlan mud to bring out the armor today. Please let me know what you think of my Lone Wolf.
