I have a the parts, and even have knocked up a command squad. And I do plan on giving them all the OSL eyes, as I really like that look, and their own heraldry as well of course. However this is something for the future. @DietOfLiquor Thanks so much! Yellow isn't that bad a colour after you've got a recipe down. Plus it looks awesome on the tabletop. I say take the plunge ^_^ I am planning on finishing my Imperial Fist Vulcan, just to get back into the swing of things before the Imperial Fists painting challenge. Have spent a lot of effort on these guys and its always nice I've done a good job on them. I'm currently in my WIP thread making the rest of that boarding marines squad. @Brother Rathul: Thanks Rathul. I did a considerable amount of research in order to get his armour correct. I think I've struck a happy medium. I know its not until the final siege on Terra that he gets named the Emperor's Champion and paints his armour black, but he has always been mentioned with his distinctive black and white heraldry, with the Maltese cross. I did find his description eventually in Horus Rising where he is described being in the 'golden armour' of the Fists but with his black and white heraldry. So in the end, I gave him the yellow armour but changed him pads to his personal heraldry, and I like the result. @Castellan Alaric: Cheers Castellan Alaric, very happy with them both. The Land Raider itself has been hanging around gathering dust for years, so its nice to be able to freshen it up for battle once more. @Dakkin'Outta'Control: Thanks for the kind words. It sure does, its one of the few armies I have that I can field completely painted, and it looks great seeing all that yellow on the field. To be honest the OSL on the Raider is not something I'm 100% happy with, but since I've got a few deadlines coming up, I think I'll leave it for now.
