My own Sanguinius version

First of all let me start with saying this: this is the verry first time I've attempted something like this, never used this much green stuff on a model.

The model started his live as Astorath The Grim. I cut of his arms, head, and legs, then cut his chest in 4 and made it wider with plasticard. The legs where lengthed above and below the knees. The head comes from the DC sprue, just sculted some hair on it. The wings are the Warhammer griffon wings and the cape comes from the warhammer elfs chariot, so does the head of the lion on his chestpiece. Arms come from the SG sprue as does the tip of the spear.

Great job, looking ace! :)

I think you made great use of already existing parts and expanded them with your own sculpting. If I had to do some minor nitpicking, I would have personally painted his cloak red and used a sword instead of the spear. But anyways, like I said, good job. :)

That is a fantastic custom piece; absolutely amazing work. I think the blood drop on the center of the chest might be a bit big, but otherwise it looks great.

Edit: Checked out the pictures of your Land Raider; some very nice conversion work there as well.
