Looks better than anything I started on when I was a kid (I do look so fondly back at those monsters and heros I painted for D&D however ugly they are)

The posing on your Erik is pretty rad. Curious about why your paint came out... chunky is the word I'm looking for.

Thats probably because I had to file the blood angels symbols of the legs and didn't have a way of getting the flash off soz

looks good I would suggest a black wash to tone the colours a touch but as the others have said much better than mine when I started out

I disagree with the black wash, atleast in that suggested application. All I'd recommend it for would be to use on the joints/crevices. I don't think it needs toning back. Not every SW player prefers the 13th company motto: darker is better. And it looks like F-kid has some nice subtle highlights going on with his edges that'd be destroyed with a blanketed wash, especially badab black.

If I were to recommend washing (again, only the joints), I'd vote for a 2:2:1 ratio Leviathan Purple : Asurmen Blue : Badab Black mix to compliment F-kid's particular shade.

Looks good.did you have to do alot of modding to the axe to make it fit a the PA marine?

Looks like it was clipped above and below the TDA hand and placed on an empty close-fisted arm.

Yeah I took the axe of a terminator hand and it to a chainsword fist.

Thanks for the wash ideas.
