It's based on Venerable Dread from Forgeworld and some my idea about Pre-Heresy style (i.e. twin-bolter against standard storm-bolter, modified CCW-arm). The number on CCW-arm shoulder is number of Legio Raven Guard. The personal name of this venerable brother is Ek'ster.
