saturnine
I am planning on building a competitive purifier list and i cant decide between the psyfleman dread or a NDK with perhaps a heavy psycannon and a daemon hammer. my goal is a 2500 point list with either three dreads or three NDKs. i really like the idea of a psycannon that uses the large blast template but is it effective vs av14? if not, would the daemon hammer be enough with a personal teleporter? my main enemies will be eldar, dark eldar and space wolves. BLACK BLΠFLY
Psyflemen are your best bet. Think of them as relentless Long Fangs (can't split fire though). Psycannons can take out landraiders. The Holy Heretic
But NDKs are the coolest option 8) And since you're probably running Crowe, your elite choices are open to be filled with venerable dreadnoughts instead ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/241520-heavy-support-for-competitive-purifiers/#findComment-2917858 Share on other sites
the jeske
crow dont need counter units[and he would have to take 2 to make them viable] nor do they need tarpits against horde . cool has nothing to do with efficiency. saturnine
i think i'll go with the dreadnought with TL autocannons because i found this those are from PuppetsWar, are they legal for say a 'ard boyz tourney? Pretty sure they would be; isn't the usual rule that it's fine to use non-GW parts, so long as the majority of the model is still made by GW?
