Dragon Claw Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 I love the lictor in this one, especially the way you've blended the flagstones into the carapace to show him 'unstealthing', beautiful. Unfortunately, on first viewing the marine is giving me a certain sense of skipping which the twirling chain accentuates. The problem with a static image, as opposed to a moving image, is that sometimes people can read it the opposite of how it was intended. Dark Apostle Thirst Posted August 30, 2012 Share Posted August 30, 2012 :) The other last update - with the other two peices of artwork hidden behind a link - one of those, the Lantern Marines chaplain, has to be my favorite 40k artwork produced. I'm going to admit a large part of that is I love chaplains all around but still... it has so much character and it's so different from a 'codex' chaplain and yet it's still recognizable as one.
