There are a few pre-(or a little post-) HH 1kSons threads you can check on B&C. I would particularly recommend MasterOfFact's which is excellent. And Kizzdougs's. I'll throw my own into the hat, but I'm working very, very slowly (not to mention on a limited budget). Mainly converting basic marines using GS and Tomb Kings parts.
