As you seem open to a Wolf list with Preds and Dreads in it, I thought I'd share from my last competitive effort.

I didn't set the world on fire, but considering I didn't play any games with the list before that mid year tournament, and the last time I played before that [some 4 months beforehand, iIrc] I finished last at the start of year tournament, I think the list and my efforts were pretty good. :)

It is somewhat spammy, but there you go.

 

It relies on AV saturation to keep the Speeders and Dreads alive, and then oodles of heavy weapons to take out the enemy AV and then start consuming their Infantry.

 

Whilst Templars get cheap Typhoons, remember that we are paying a similar increase in the cost of Rhinos, so even stevens in the end.

 

The Pred turrets can actually give 50% cover to the Typhoons, who lurk behind the Pred. If you have a pair of Typhoons, only on of them needs to be behind the turret, and the other one in the open gets cover too :P
