Olgerth Istaarn
I've been struck with an idea for a most impractical and expensive conversion involving a Nemesis Dreadknight. However since after I'm done with it it won't count as a dreadknight, and I want it to be semi-legit, I want to put it on a dreadnought-sized (60mm) base. Question is, will it fit? Or does it have too much of a "wide stance"? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/243223-nemesis-dreadknight-on-a-60mm-base/ Share on other sites
NemFX
it might be a little too wide, but youd probably need some kind of height indicator since people get all pissy about model heights ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/243223-nemesis-dreadknight-on-a-60mm-base/#findComment-2941164 Share on other sites
crandall87
You'll find his feet will just hang off the edge of the base, unless you converted him to make his legs closer together Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/243223-nemesis-dreadknight-on-a-60mm-base/#findComment-2941352 Share on other sites
cathar the great
You could convert him to stand in the Karate Kid pose! I'd pay to see a Dreadknight like that. Olgerth Istaarn
Ghm. Well, it was a good idea. In my head. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/243223-nemesis-dreadknight-on-a-60mm-base/#findComment-2941722 Share on other sites
chromedog
Mine IS on a 60mm base. Its stance is unmodified and it barely fits. There is a corresponding 60mm socket on its large base where he slots in during play (there is shrubbery and gubbins on the big base, and it gets used as a small copse of trees (terrain) when not being used for the big guy (single large tree on a 60mm base fits into the slot to fill it in that case). Makes it easier to pack it away, also. Both fit into a 3"tall tray, this way.
