What to assemble next?

Hey All, bought some space wolves today. I got the battleforce and a 10-man space wolves pack all for $90 Canadian.

What i have built so far is the following:

2x Rune Priests (gave them horns from a fantasy sprue and made them staves)

2x Wolf Priests (gave them one-handed bolters and thunder hammers to represent their power weapons)

3x Wolf Guard with Power Fists and 1 handed bolters (which will be stand-ins for combi meltas)

15x Grey Hunters

I have the whole scout sprue left and 8 possibilities for Space Wolves, but i dont know what i should make, i play 500-1000 point games mostly.

I can make more grey hunters, wolf guard sans terminator armour, battle leader, lone wolves, blood claws. What do you think i should be adding to my army with the left over 8 bodies?

Also, if it makes any difference, i would like to get SOME use out of the hammers and frost blades/axes and storm shields i have, what units would be using them?

Thanks for any replies!

TDA in 100pt is a expensive, a small scout pack to take out those dev's in the back is always good, try and get a meltagun for them but just bare bone with some melta charges will work to.

What i miss in your list is heavy support, so long fangs all the way, the bits aren't in the box you got but there are some bits sites or you have to be creative.

A rhino or 2 is handy but get the razorback kit as its the same price and you can build both a rhino and a razor with the razor kit.

as for the axe, sword & shields, just build something you like, i'm sure you'll use it one day

I agree with Max regarding Long Fangs. Assuming you can't get/don't have the heavy weapons available, then I'd build another 5 Grey Hunters and 2 more WG and a Lone Wolf with the remainder. After that, the scout sprue.

If you acquire heavy weapons during all this (or a vehicle or three) drop everything and work on those instead.

You can never go wrong in Space Wolves building guys with a pistol/bolter and a CCW.

With what you have built so far, it looks like you can make 3 squads of 5 Grey Hunters each with a Wolf Guard, which is pretty standard fare.

I'd roll with a set of 5 scouts and another wolf guard. Or build 5 marines without arms to be Long Fangs.
