On the first day of Christmas....

I'm not familiar with the game/reference.

One thing I've noticed though is that it doesn't seem to have been updated in a couple of days.

Heres an up-to-date version I made.

Update - More manageable JPEG version

Thank you my weekend stand in :D

Not what I mean, Pulse. What you say is true, but if you look at Forgeworld's Mk. 3 helmets, the eye section is grooved (hope I'm using the right word), the lenses don't look like sunglasses.

I find it makes a lot of difference. The grooving (and, since we're at it, narrowing) of the optics makes the helmet look much more menacing.

My does a space vessel need a stone foundation? dec 19 panel.

Keeps getting better looking.

I don't think they are on a ship I think they are on a Moon base or something like that where you can see into space from the ground.

They are definately in space, there is no way you'd get ships battling that close to a planet surface.

If its a moon or asteriod then they could be closer to the surface because there isn't an atmosphere or that much of a gravitational pull to it. And with no atmosphere you can see the ships in space clearly.

No its definately a ship.

Also your theory on an asteroid actually depends on how big the asteroid is, Ceres (classed as an asteroid and a dwarf planet) is pretty big and would have enough gravitational pull to pull in a ship sized object.... but we could be here forever discussing the whatifs.

Just wait until more info is released and then you'll see im right. :)

I want to say the red guys are Word Bearers, but I don't know. The red guy to the far left has black stripes on his shoulder pad.

Aye with the chevrons i want to say Iron Warriors but their armour looks too elaborate and ornate - but i'll say Iron Warriors anyway.

And lets not forget Apophis

We'll know on the 21st, as that 'door' covers one of the other guy's shoulder pad, so we might get to see their symbol.

Isn't the legion symbol on the other side?

Depends, some artists put it on the left (the correct side) others put it on the right.

I'm secretly hoping that it is Phalanx. Imperial Fists perform a boarding actions to reclaim sections of it after Perturabo and Fulgrim take them by surprise.

Either way, I'm certain that the Fists are facing Iron Warriors.

After seeing todays picture I want to take back what I said about moon or asteriod because that Fists Ship is really really close to it. But still must say that whatever ship they are on its outer hull is made of weird materials for a ship.
