Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like his used Chaos warrior torsos for the cloak, and the shoulder pads, are just the original ones attached to the chaos warrior torso. Quite right! I guess I could use normal shoulder plates and cut them in half, but I don't think it's worth the trouble. Thanks for the kind words guys!
