Lord of Shadows

I was thinking about the start of the heresy and it came to me that so far, it seems the lord of shadows has done quite abit. I might be reading this wrong but it seems like the it's the

daemon in Prospero Burns who is using Kasper

, the daemon who spoke with Horus and Erebus on the Vengeful Spirit in Galaxy in Flames (I think it was as I don't have it to the book to hand) and wasn't this, again, the same daemon who bascially hijacked Fulgrim?

I might be wrong but this is what I think.

What's everyone elses view?

The daemon that possessed Fulgrim was bound to the Laer sword or more specifically the gem in the pommel of the blade.

That daemon was there before the Heresy began as the EC attacked the Laer before the events of GiF, so it really can't be the same one, not sure about the one in Prospero Burns though.

I'm pretty sure that the Lord Of Shadows is a different daemon to the one in Prospero Burns, there isn't really any evidence to say they're the same being (and if they were, I reckon the authors would've

put a reference in Galaxy In Flames of it being in Prospero before Istvaan).

Fulgrim's daemon had been residing in the Laer sword for a long time, so there's no chance of it being the Lord Of Shadows, it went straight from the sword to him at the end of Fulgrim if I remember correctly.
