So much so that I wish I didn't have the storm shield covering that face! But it's dynamic! I've decided to base him and the last terminator together once they're both painted since I'm a little behind schedule. IamCaboose Posted March 13, 2012 Author Share Posted March 13, 2012 Sorry for the late reply, been out of town. The snow's a pretty simple mix. I mix galeforce nine snow with some elmers glue until I have a consistency a little thicker than paste. Then I simply use a toothpick and apply it, making sure to press it down a little so it sinks into the sand. Then I just cover the models base in dry snow and let the excess fall off. I should note that I always ink and paint the dirt areas before I do my snow, it's easier to get the drybrushing down and it gives me some guidelines for placement.
