I'd still like to see a battle report with pictures. I tried doing it on Vassal but it's a bit tedious for a Vassal newb like myself and it's hard to think like a wet dog! ;)

I have only played against the wolves once in a 1000 point game. Or it might have been 750 I can't remember.

What I do remember is Death Company rolling over them with the DC Dread chopping up some guy with a strength 10 axe or something. A big axe. Some big axe guy. That big axe didn't save him though. It reminded me of that scene at the start of that movie in Gladiator where everyone with an axe dies. Horribly. And the guys in armour cry victory. Yeah it was like that but better.

 

You should try running a blitzkrieg DC army and try to wipe the wolves off the board. Speeders might be a problem though. A specialist unit like a meltagun Honour guard might be useful. I have to read the first post again now.

 

~Edit. Yeah that's a pretty hectic list for non-tournament. You say you have failed with all attempts but how did you make these attempts? Have you tried Blood rodeo with a tonne of melta? You say 'no' to Razorspam but what about Predator spam? Maybe dig in with a gunline and drop some meltagunner honour guards in? What about 30 tactical terminators?
