He is based on an Eldar Guardian (legs, torso, arms) , a Dark Eldar Wych helm with a communications device from a Land Speeder Space Marine helmet, a Space Marine Scout sniper rifle and various accessories from both the Scout Snipers and the Space Marine Tactical Squad (purity seal, grenades, combat blade, ammo pouches etc).
