henrywalker
So I've converted the space marine commander from the assault on black reach box into an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor. He's wearing power armour and has a daemon blade and storm bolter. Its a right pig of a model to convert which was part of why i wanted to try, the other reason was the great cloak which i combined with a hooded head which works very well with it. Any thoughts, comments or suggestions are great. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/245732-black-reach-inquisitor/ Share on other sites
WingsOfTheFalcon
I'd suggest losing the chest piece, the rim of the neck guard is forcing the head up, so it looks a bit like his neck is broken. It's a great idea, but I just think that one part of the execution is flawed. You can also always built up the guard again with GS once his head is in a more natural pose. Grotsmasha
No need to do away with the chest piece just yet. I'd space the chest with 1-2mm or plasticard/green stuff and trim the hood (using the flat of a blade to scrape) where it is still catching on the spaced torso. EDIT: With caution you could cut and rise that pointing arm, which I did, HERE with my AoBR Captain conversions.
