hendrik
standard assault marines+gore heads+those crypt goul hands + some green stuff make decent complete wulfen. you might want to know that once one is wolf bitten the only feature that marks him out are his yellow eyes edit: the way i mark out my motw models is with their yellow eyes and an ash painted face, inspired by a member here in the fang. i also give them all the same hairstyle to make it easy to spot them Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/246132-motw-models-in-pa/#findComment-2977966 Share on other sites
SgtTelion
I just ordered the wulfen models in power armour from Mythicast. I would link you but I'm on the phone! Try Mythicast.com, imo they look amazing. I haven't seen them in the forum yet, so when I get them, I will post up pics :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/246132-motw-models-in-pa/#findComment-2977977 Share on other sites
MalachiOfRuss
I just give my MotW guys extra CC weapons and paint them to look a little "wolf like." That's because I don't really like the overt "werewolf" thing. http://farm7.staticflickr.com/6042/6324648300_e008a2da0b.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/246132-motw-models-in-pa/#findComment-2977980 Share on other sites

vtec407
Still don't understand why GW stopped production on those wulfen models that came out back in 2009. They should really bring them back. Mr. Danvers
Have a look at puppetwars.eu or something similar to that. You can find them on google. I just ordered a set of 10 arms and heads that are obviously designed to be wulfen parts. Just waiting for them to arrive now. Jaton666
I really like the 13th company metal minis as well. I only have one, but he really looks the part. http://30.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lyh1j2Ho...xvo1_r1_500.jpg He sill needs basing though. MeatGrinder
I build them as regular space marines with combat weapons. The I swap the left arm for an old marauder arm and make sure the model has a bare and feral looking head and an agressive pose. A bit of battle damage doesn't go amiss either. Blacksad
I've always thought the peasant found with the WHFB Giant set would be grand as a MotW... just GS the torso and legs a bit to PA them up, and maybe add some nails to the fingertips, and he looks feral instead of scared :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/246132-motw-models-in-pa/#findComment-2979220 Share on other sites
Kalamadea
I was gonna mention the puppetswar heads, much better than maxmini wulfen (although the maxmini feral heads are fantastic for normal SW models, i got a few packs and they rock). For conversion bits, get a pack of beastmen ungors or find an ebay store that sells beastmen bits, their arms are PERFECT for wulfen. Bare, muscled, a few tufts of hair, and they're sized great for power armor. If I didn't have the old metal wulfen, I'd deffinately be converting using puppetswar heads and ungor arms. spartanhwt88
I have found that the easiest way to do it is talk with any of the other gamers at ur local shop that play beastmen and trade for some of the Beastmen spare arms. They have just the right amount of fur on the shoulders and they fit perfectly with the Space Wolf Chest. The only trick is getting the head right, but if one of the other gamers has some spare Chaos Marauders heads you should b all set. Durfast Spiritwolf
helmet?? spacewolfs preffer not to wear helmet only when their in vacum or in such a leathal enviorment that the implant's cant filter it. err - not necessarily. It's perfectly okay fluff-wise to go either way. Hint - the whole barbarian thing is just for show. The Rout aren't World Eaters Underneath the VI Legion is cold, calculating and considered. The idea is to turn overwhelmingly violent when in close combat :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/246132-motw-models-in-pa/#findComment-2980804 Share on other sites
vanguardwolf
thats true but im reading the spacewolf omnibus, and the sense's of ragnar(and the other wolves seems toe fit me. i have ADHD and that makes my sense's also very sensetive so that fit me best. on topic i have post a request on a dutch forum for goohlds or beastmen arms, if that works out im happy, but still hoping to see the MOTW pack return in metal or finecast(dont care wich one) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/246132-motw-models-in-pa/#findComment-2981092 Share on other sites
