Go Go Gadget Draigowing!

I'm entering a tournament at the end of this month, so I've decided to push out a new army. I've been enamoured with terminators ever since my first exposure to wargaming 20 years ago: Space Hulk. Initially, I'd planned to re-pose most of the models, but the metal terminators convinced me otherwise :D I settled on going for a winter basing theme, and capes on all the Paladins:

I also am opting for an alternate colours, meet Brother Test Scheme:

C&C appreciated, I hope to have the first 5 Paladins finished in the non-distant future.

Man, these tiny draigowing armies do pop up faster than skyscrapers in Dubai...

Let's see those little Negasmurfs

Might be because you can make a legal army with just 1 Greyknight tda box and some conversion skills (1 HQ and 4 troopschoices)

ok... i need to see how you did your cloaks. tutorial request.

I second that! I am currently redoing many of my cloaks and really want to do them well!

Here's an easy one. Rolling pin, square/rectangular cookie cutter, egg carton to get the waves and to let it harden.

Just kidding! Third for a proper tutorial! :P

An interesting paint scheme and lovely sculpting work you've done there. The one thing I'd recommend working on is the weapons~ blue power weapons kinda blend into 'meh' against blue armor. Purple might look cool as a midway between the two colors, or you could go for high contrast and paint them green.

Just my two bits.

Nice Crimson Fists dude!

Haha, yeah, they do have some similarity. I'm really liking the "Negasmurfs" though.

There was a horrible temptation when I put the capes on them to call them Dark Knights and go with a Batman theme.
