Demoulius
i can see the pictures just nicely :tu: have you tried washing the gold with badab black? and/or highlighting the edges? i always feel that gold straight out of the pot feels...incomplete/fake. it needs a further touch up to make it work (in my opinion ofcourse)
Abraxes
Glad to see the images worked out. I'll be posting more BA goodness soon. Yeah, I couldn't agree more about gold & yellow paint for that matter. The shining gold base was applied right out of the pot, badab black washed and then highlighted with burnished gold on the extreme edges. I guess it was too subtle for the camera to pick up. Res Ipsa Loquitur
I'm not a good painter so take this with a pinch of salt but I rather like the gold on my SG which is just Burnished Gold drybrushed (with a very dry brush) over Chaos Black undercoat. Gives them an 'aged' look.

Rune_Priest_Rhapsody
WOW!! I think that Fur Dread looks great!! I like the basing choices as well. Maybe hit it with a coat or two of dullcote to take a bit of the shine off. End of Line
Brother Bucholtz
looks great, I especially like the base :)
I am Legion
That is one badass brute. Great job painting the dread, and i'm very interested to see your other works as well. You did a great job modifying that kit to look more Blood Angely. Totally worked!
Cain Tiberius Kondrad
Nice use of BA pieces and very nicely painted. I particularly love the Flamer fuel tank on the back. I think I will be 'borrowing' this idea :D CTK
