Enzephalon Posted February 16, 2012 Author Share Posted February 16, 2012 Little update on the battle: I went against my friends Black Templar. 1750 points. Two games. First of all, I wasn't really impressed by the performance of the LR itself. I immobilised it once, it did not much with it's weapons due to the short range and miserable dice rolling and he exploded it.... twice! That lucky bastard. Concerning the termies: First game I ran them with a librarian, a sanguinary priest and a chaplain... all in TDA. They killed everything they touched and ate unbelievable amounts of enemy fire without a single casualty the whole game. It was kill points and I won. Second game I ran them with a librarian in TDA and a regular priest. They were kicked out of the LR by the explosion, multicharged a cybot and his Landraider, wrecked both and then got charged by another cybot and his termies. After a few casualties on both sides Mephiston arrived and turned the fight to my favor. Battle ended on turn 7 in a draw. Everybody had 1 object. The third object was contested by the last single terminator of mine.
