Here are the WIP of my 2nd long fangs squad. Any comments and/or advice would be appreciated! I still have to shave off some symbols and put more wolf bits on them. ohhnoez Posted February 17, 2012 Author Share Posted February 17, 2012 @Aan, Thanks. @Arez, Thanks, feel free to use it! @BassWave, yea, i need to shave the skull wing off, i am trying to decide if i want to put some wolf pelts or other bits on the launcher. @Mud Duck, If you move it up higher on the pack it seem to get a little too top heavy for my tastes. I wanted to make it look like it was more artillery style than direct aim/fire. Maybe grab some backpack vents and fashion some stabilizer thrusters on the pack. ohhnoez Posted February 17, 2012 Author Share Posted February 17, 2012 @agpo, i used some 22ga (maybe 20) wire and some heat shrink to make it look bundled i drilled holes into the control box and the pack where i snipped off the plasma cannon connecting wires. It just happened to be a perfect fit. @irwit, i originally was going to make them a ground mounted semi-mobile missile battery (on its own base) but this idea seems more fun and a little more insane cough*spacewolf*cough. Not too much of a fan of the guy to the right, though - his leg armour looks a little like... dunno, baggy pants or something (hope that's the right expression). Pall Ironbear Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 If you use Vallejo thinner they recommend 3:1 (paint:thinner), so I would guess the same or 2:1 for water.
