So I think they look fine. About the size of a normal power fist just with blades on the end. I'll post a few pictures of a couple marines I made with converted LCs in a bit. The only PA LC I've seen is the one in the Captain box. I would really appreciate seeing some pics of your models with TDA LC's on PA marines. Clever. Does anybody have any thought on putting a Captain in TDA?? I see that it is inferior to a jumpy cap'n, but I suppose he could be good fun in a termi squad... I like this idea, as I am currently running a Mech list at 1500 (not for this side tourney, mind you.) and have been thinking something along these lines would be quite good. End of Line Well, i usually keep them fairly bare-bones.Storm bolters and 2-3 meltas will fry almost any squad, and the capt can then be used for LC duty or given a plasma gun and power sword for extra dmg.This is of course not tournament competitive but just really fun. TDA is great, i run a TDA squad regularily with attached SangPriest TDA.They can hold a table quarter and teaming up with a tac squad is very effective.I think i wrote a small tactica on nit somewhere actually.Of course twin TH looks amazingly badass, but id usually take power sword and storm bolter. And the Captain's claw didnt fit the JP model due to large shoulder part, so I had to cut it down the elbow and replace the shoulder, so it resulted in the same amount of work as I did when converted TDA claws :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I want to make a VV and CC HG with LC's Here's some pictures of some recent VV and sanguinary priests I've made with LC's. The two VV also have converted assault terminator storm shields. I think the LC does look a bit to large on the metal SP. He was the first model I converted with an LC, and I don't think I chopped his arm off close enough to the elbow, so it looks a bit long. I think the rest look fine though. Sorry for the lighting on the pictures, I just took these with my phone real quick, I'm scrambling to make this post before I have to go to work, hehe.
