I'm inclined to say no, as he is not listed in the text in the Command Squad section of the codex, however I've heard others say diferently. Chengar Qordath Posted February 17, 2012 Share Posted February 17, 2012 RAW is pretty clear; he's not on the list, and not referred to as a Captain, so he can't take a command squad. Only way to get him in a command squad is to take a captain as your second HQ, and buy the command squad for him.
