second box of GKT

So I've bought my second box of GKT, but I can't decide if I'm going to upgrade my existing 5 to a full squad of 10, or build a new squad of 5 since I haven't written up a definitive list yet. I'm going to aim for a balanced force though. The only thing I'm sure about is they'll be GKT, and not paladins; they'll be added in the future.

My first squad is 1x NDH, 3x halberd, 1x halberd/PC . Now I'm either going to expand this with 1x NDH, 2x halberd, 1x halberd/PC, 1x bro banner, or I'll either have another squad with the same loadout as #1.

It basically boils down to assembling a bro banner or a halberd :) . Or if there's a better way to make them a full squad of 10 -e.g. retain some swords for saving PW wounds-, if a full unit of 10 is even viable; I'm open for suggestions ^_^

If you have the second troops you should always go 10 terminators. Combat squading makes terminators more flexible and both combat squad benefit from grand strategy it also makes psybolt ammo cheaper.

I currently have a list that consists of a Grandmaster, 2x 10 terminators (both squads are 495 points) and 2x autocannon dreads with psybolt. It only has 5 kill points in 1500 points but can have up to 6 scoring units or up to 4x 5 scouting terminators if I want to get close to the enemy.

Join the Paladin bandwagon! We have cake!

Personally, I'd flesh out those five terminators to ten before I did anything else. I had five old metal terminators (some missing arms) so I finished that squad off before going forward on anything else. Seeing a squad of ten Grey Knight Terminators is always a scary sight on the battlefield.
