Assault Marines

So, after two busy days working with putting busted marines together again ( as well as assembling a few brand new ones ), after having stipped the paint of them.

So there now stands 70 assault marines ready for priming ( going over them with the knife first to get rid of some mouldlines).

Gunslinger squad,

After a joint campaign with the sisters of battle, assault sergeant Kor'hem was very impressed by the rapid hit and run tactics of the seraphim squads and adopted the dual pistol combat form for his squad, including the dual plasma pistols for himself and the squads two specialist.

Dual sword squad,

Opposite the hit and run tactics of Squad Kor'hem, assault sergeant Aoer believes in hitting the foe, untill it is obliderated. Outfitted with dual chainswords his squad will engage with the enemy in bloody melee, only moving on when nothing is left standing.

I tried spiffing up the bases of some models, inspired by the Vanguards poses, using various rubble to add movement

Wow!

That's a whole lot of jump packs!

You're going to be busy painting for a long time. There are some great poses in there, particularly the Vanguard-inspired ones. Very dynamic.
