Do you measure directly from the psyker's base to the base of the closest model in a friendly unit or does the range count as a cylinder touching models? If so, as an immobile AV14 Transport, you measure the distance of Sanctuary from the hull, or the building itself. If it's Ruins, and just terrain, it's measured form the base of the Libby. Gentlemanloser Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 On top of a Bastion? It's still an immobile AV14 Transport, but classes as open topped becuase you're on top of it. Different to if you're on the top level of a Ruin. You can't place yourself on top of a bunker of course, as you can't occupy the same space as a non open topped transport.
