TopToffee
Picked up some of the GW Thunderwolves on Friday, and I'm pretty pleased with them. My only concern is that there's a bit of a lack of variation in the poses (without a fair bit of work, the only thing that's changeable is the head position) Does anyone know if any of the third party models closely match the size of the official ones? I know the Dandy Wolves are way bigger, but not sure on the other manufacturers... Any help much appreciated. Wulfebane
It doew n't really change the pose/silhouette of the model, but all three have a single item (leg/head) that have two unique options on the sprue. I'm sure people with better conversion skills than me could hack the models up and make different poses, but I'd end up wrecking a £30 box of models :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/248452-twc-size-comparison/#findComment-3008745 Share on other sites
Ezeriel
The leftmost wolf is my WIP Harald on one of the Russian ebay sellers wolves. Middle is one of the Myticast wolves and right is one of the new official wolves. All three are close enough in my opinion to be on the table together. Hope this helped.
