What would you guys suggest as the best build? Tips are highly appreciated !! TWC: 5 units. 1: SS, CCW. 2: CCW, P-pistol. 3: TH, B-pistol. 4: CCW, B-pistol. 5: CCW, B-pistol, MB. This has taken down daemon prinses, land raiders and outher important opponents. Good for wound allocation as well . Best of luck. skoll Posted March 8, 2012 Share Posted March 8, 2012 I put ragnar + wg with LC and arjack in a LR, if enuff points a WP finds his way there as well. Rerolls to hit and to wound are no joke, specially when ragnar grants furious charge. Rune_Priest_Rhapsody Posted March 8, 2012 Share Posted March 8, 2012 I would run these two kits for the lords: TH/SS/RA/WTN/SoB/TW and FB/SS/RA/WTN/SoWB/TW Obviously since the hammer lord will be losing initiative he will get better use out of Eternal Warrior, and the 5 attacks at str 6 can kill enough troops to make the Warrior Born Shine. But the str boost also allows the lord to kill some MC/vehicles. How many TWC in the pack?? At three a good build is: -TH/BP -CCW/SS -CCW/SS/MB Would allocation and great survivability. If you go to five try: -TH/BP -CCW/PP -CCW/SS -CCW/SS/MB -CCW/BP You could drop the PP, but you would need another weapon type to replace it if you want to keep the wound allocation silliness going. I would say that this pack is really survivable and an absolute CC monster. The toughness 5 allows the pack to shrug off most high str shots that would out right kill T4 models, but that's also why a couple SS in the unit can really help. Plus you'll have the two from the lords. Speaking of which, a Wolf Claw is another great option for one of the Lords, as re rolling to wound (or hit) after hitting on 3's makes lots of guys die. If you look close at the options you will see that you can only replace the Bolt Pistol with a Storm Shield. So the BP/SS combo is actually illegal unless you ake no special weapon, then one figure may have the BP/SS combo!
