Lord_Jaschk
How well do the metallic shoulder pads fit on the arm? Both the new ones for crimson fists/imperial fists, and the old Tactical and Assault pads Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/248832-my-crimson-fists-company-project/ Share on other sites
Chapter Master Kanithon
I've used the Flesh Tearer shoulder pads and they're a little smaller then regular plastic ones which I think is the same for all the metal pads.. However, If you put your models in exciting poses and stuff you don't notice. I only imagine you'd notice if you had the 2 pads symmetrical on the model to see it. Hope that helps Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/248832-my-crimson-fists-company-project/#findComment-3013620 Share on other sites
Seleucus
I've used a lot of the metal pads - both the old ones and the newer ones - without any problems. So long as you take time in cleaning them of excess metal, including a little reaming out of the inside, they will fit the SM arms just fine. As CMK states, the older ones are slightly smaller than the current/plastic ones, but this really does not appear obvious once painted up. I've used some of the IF/CF ones with the Tactical ones and they work great.
