I'm still trying to decide if the red is too bright or not... what do you guys think? I like the colour scheme (being a pre-HH 1kSons fan :mellow: ) and I'd love to hear your red recipe, if you don't mind sharing. Looking forward to seeing them completed. Kierdale, here's my red recipe: Basecoat 1:1 Mecharite Red:Charadon Granite Highlight with Teracotta Highlight 2:2:1 Teracotta:Blood Red:Fiery Orange Edge with Blood Red Extreme Edging with 2:1 Blood Red:Fiery Orange Wash with 1:1:1 Water:Baal Red:Devlan Mud I just made do with the colors I had that weren't completely dried up/ruined (I haven't painted in a year or so), so feel free to substitute for any of those colors if it saves you the hassle of mixing/blending I'll post more pics when I have more completed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
