He looks great!!! Until the last two pics I thought it was an aweful waste to paint such a wonderful model and never have him see the field of battle.

Funny Thing. I've never played. Over 20 years ago I got into miniatures from seeing some painted up in a display case at my local hobby shop. I started collecting and painting and soon I was the painter on call for another hobby store that sold GW models. Lost an eye playing hockey and this was the first one I've painted in those 20 some years. 56 now, still haven't played. I just LOVE the models and how cool everyone makes them look!!!!!

Wow, you definitely haven't lost any of your talent brother! Glad to see you still painting! Excellent work! I would love to see more of your work!

for having lost an eye...good lord. I don't doubt that painting isn't a huge challenge now. I have a friend who also lost an eye but he had never painted before, with out depth perception the most he would do is base coat terrain.

 

The only thought I had as far as CC. goes was to move the back ground a bit further back..lol which is a bit silly now.

Thanks! I thought(my wife did too) the same thing about the background AFTER I took 37 pics!!! Next time , I'll vary distance and poses.
