I'm not usually a fan of non-termy helmets on termy models but you've made this one work nicely. I like the limited colour scheme - your red is awesome. Great base too. I'd prefer it if the purity seals were a different shade from the 'bone' and if they had some chicken scratches on them. I think I will have a go at putting some ''writing'' on the purity seals since they do blend in all too well with the rest of the armour! EDIT: Added some pics of the command squad in the meantime! Basecoat with a 50/50 mix of blood red/ chaos black. Then a coat of blood red leaving the deepest recesses dark. Then a nice dark wash of some sort, I think I used Vallejo Smokey ink but a black wash or devlan mud would suffice. Then add some more coats of blood red again trying to leave recesses darker. Then two final highlights of blood red/Blazing orange and blazing orange until your happy! EDIT added a dreadnough pic ! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
