Wolftracks8
OK tried glueing those microscopic "O" rings???? Any luck getting them to stay? Well, I haven't. Not for any length of time anyway. Items needed: PIN VISE # 67 wire size drill bit 28 gauge BRASS WIRE a small nail: about the thickness of the plastic 'O' rings on the skulls and tails. Super glue A Vise GRIP Step 1: Put the nail in the vise grip and tighten/clamp as tight as possible. 2: Wrap a strand of 28 gauge brass wire around the nail, twisting it down around the nail as far and as tight as possible for about an 1/8th of an inch. 3: Take another small piece of the wire and thread it through the TALISMAN eyelet......twist slowly until the plastic gives and breaks (DON"T PANIC). 4: Remove the twisted piece from the nail and gently POP it into the "BREAK" in the plastic eyelet. MOVE it down out of the way and apply some super glue to the BREAK in the plastic eyelet. 5: LOCATE the area on the model you wish to place the TALISMAN and using the PIN VISE and #67 drill , make a hole (Depth is up to you) 6: TEST fit and trim the twisted brass on the TALISMAN to fit nicely in the drilled hole. 7: TEST fit for position amd looks......use SUPER GLUE and glue in place. Works, lasts, and looks good. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/249205-how-to-attach-space-wolf-talismanstails-skulls/ Share on other sites
