dizzy-xc
My opponent says he can choose more than one vow as the wording implies that while he must choose one, there isnt anything stating he cant choose 2 or 3 or 4. Ask him to show you exactly where it says he can choose more than one vow. Spacefrisian
Actually... You may have 1 Emperor's Champion per army, and he may select 1 vow. Page 31 BT codex: "The Emperor's champion must choose one of the vows listed below...." Page 31 BT codex: "The Emperor's champion must choose one of the vows listed below...." This. 40K is a permissive ruleset. Just because it doesn't say you can't do it, doesn't mean you can. It says "must choose one" not "one or more" so one you get and only one Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/249579-black-templars-vows/#findComment-3023550 Share on other sites
Grimtooth
Tell your opponent that while your bolters say they are AP 5, nothing says they cannot be AP 1 when facing his army. Jacinda
You could always have him tell his girlfriend that just because she is the one doen't mean he can't have number 2, 3 and 4 as well and see how that goes. :( Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/249579-black-templars-vows/#findComment-3030696 Share on other sites
