gettothegone
I don't have the codex as I haven't played in almost 2 years but I've been reading through thinking of my next army. Before I make any crazy leaps, I just want to know... are Sang priest kinda like SW's where you take a pack of say 3, but then can assign them to any group you want, meanwhile only using 1 elite slot? Or if I take 3 of them, am I pooched from a Elite slot point of view?
Xenith
SW's? And yes, you are right in the first instance. They are bought together, then deployed separately for a single FO slot.
JamesI
They aren't assigned to squads they way Space Wolf Wolf Guard can be. Just 1-3 Independent Characters per Elite slot

You then get to decide what squads to attach them to since they are Independent Characters. So you buy 3 of them and then attach 1 of them each separately to each of your 3 assault squads as an example. It doesn't need to be assault squads though, you can decide to attach one to a termie squad or even one to a scout squad. You can also kit them all up differently if you like.
