dizzy-xc Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Everything is highly polished. Its a very nice looking army. I even like the bases. I've noticed you did very subtle highlights on the black parts and a few other areas but didnt see any shading or highlights on the red paint. Your painting skills are pretty good, so I'm wondering why the eyes and the red paint dont pop like the rest of the models... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Armyghy Posted April 10, 2012 Author Share Posted April 10, 2012 The tabards were done with Graveyard Earth, then painted with Bleached Bone leaving the recesses GE. I have a Forgeworld BT Dreadnought that needs modeling, along with a 5 man assault squad (chaplin is leading them into combat). I have roughly 2k points modeled and painted. I have to paint a Helbrecht but I'm afraid of him D: I'm hoping the new BT codex also comes with new models. Having to buy the upgrade kit to give everyone the distinct Black Templar look is, in my opinion, incredibly expensive. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
