Multiple missile launchers with multiple templates.

Brothers. I think I already know the answer but can you have havocs with multiple missile launchers and use multiple templates when engaging an enemy squad/horde? If not then it would be better to have a standard havoc squad with las/hvy bolter/autocannon/missiles right?

Each missile launcher uses a separate template, so yes you could use 4x ML. They do all need to target the same unit, although they can scatter wherever the dice please.
