Brother Darklight
Just to clarify: You always drop half (rounding up) of your Drop Pods on the first turn... but If you have only one, does it use the Drop Pod Assault rule still? Or can that drop pod be used as a normal deep strike option later on? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/251263-drop-pod-assault/ Share on other sites
Brother-Captain Stacius
Well half of 1, rounded up, is 1. It then comes on at Turn 1 due to Drop Pod Assault. I could've sworn I read somewhere that if it's only one drop pod than you don't have to use Drop Pod Assault. A second question, now that I think about it (don't have my rulebook/codex with me) Is Drop Pod assault done during Turn 1, or is it part of the Deployment phase? It is performed at the beginning of the Movement phase of your first player turn.
