There is a picture on pg. 80 of the Space Wolves Codex that has a general color scheme for those current Wolf Lords. Still, here ya go:

 

Logan Grimnar (as Great Wolf, his insignia is usually the white wolf rampant symbol, upon a black field) - before becoming the Great Wolf, his insignia was a black wolf on a grey background.

Harald Deathwolf - Black wolf head, white star, on red field

Bjorn Stormwolf- Shadow Grey background, black thunderwolf icon

Egil Ironwolf - Metallic silver (chain mail silver) on black field

Krom Dragongaze - Yellow sun icon, black wolf head, on Shadow Grey field

Sven Bloodhowl- Yellow flame, black wolf head, on red field

Kjarl Grimblood- Red wolf head, Yellow mane, on black field

Engir Krakendoom- White sea wolf icon on Shadow Grey Field

Erik Morkai-Black wolf faces, red manes of wolves, on white field

Gunnar Redmoon-White wolf skull, red moon, on black field.
