Shaun Carlin
The paint is done really well, was this painted using the new citadel range?
Sagnus
Yes it's done only using the new range, think I am in love with the new base white was so easy to do .
MagicMan
Very clean quarted scheme, looks fantastic. Got to admit i think the yellow would look better painted gold, though. It distracts attention away from the red helmet, with three prime colours floating around.
dynamicspartan
For a DIY chapter he sure looks a lot like an Angel of Redemption. He looks great though. Paint is smooth and colors coordinate nicely. Wonderful job.
Sagnus
Cheers @magicman yeah looking at the pic i can see what you mean, gonna try changing it to a sort of goldy/bronze later i think. @dynamicspartn lol a few ppl have told me that now didnt think about it as i was doing it, nm gives me a good excuse to do a deathwing army lol. Looking back the flash makes the skulls look shinier than they actually are, am wondering if i should matt them possibly, the black is edge highlighted and then washed back down but it doesnt show up too much in pics with the shine. My initial idea was that it would all have an obsidian look to it.
Brother Cambrius
Very very nice! The smoothness and clean look of the Termie is superbly done! Is that a Hawk's head on his right pauldron? Being someone infamous for his numerous chapters, would you mind if I made a few name suggestions? Cambrius
Sagnus
@cambrius cheers, yes it is am using the mentors pads from forge world and then the gw ones on my normal marines, of course feel free to throw suggestions out there
Cambodia
Hey mate, i like your chapters colour scheme and has been painted very well, it is a very aussie colour scheme, maybe you should call them the emperor's kangaroos lol But good work indeed and goodluck with the chapter name and the rest of the chapter
Brother Cambrius
Couple of name ideas, based on the symbol you're using Sagnus: Imperial Hawks/Consuls Avenging Hawks Falcon Knights And in case you ever care to put together an IA, I thought I'd whip this up for you: Cambrius
Psyberius Daemonbane
Very nice colour scheme, you got the colour split just perfect. I need to get myself some of that new range of citadel colours...
