These units are EXTREMELY dangerous. They use repeated teleportations to target high priority and/or small units, erasing them in a hail of short-range weapons fire before fading away to strike elsewhere.

Terminator Armour and Heavy Cover are of NO VALUE against these units. Squads specifically marked for death will not even be protected by a strong will and faith in the Emperor.

So, I just fielded these units and feel the need to pay penance (because seriously, it's like clubbing baby seals). The unit in question is a MSU of Deathmarks, accompanied by two Crypteks armed with Abyssal Staffs, one of whom carries a Veil of Darkness (which allows them to Deep Strike every turn instead of moving normally). The Abyssal Staff is an AP1 flamer template that has S8, but wounds against Leadership. The Deathmarks' special rule allows them to pick a single enemy unit (per squad of deathmarks) against which all attacks wound on a 2+. If you want to be particularly cruel, you can attach an Overlord with a Gauntlet of Fire and a Ressurection Orb to increase the unit's resilience and damage output (another Flamer that wounds on a 2+, although this one is only AP5). Considering that the Deathmarks themselves are armed with Rapid Fire sniper rifles, these things are a threat to tricked-up Paladin squads, let alone GKTs or Strike squads.

Of course, I'm just a poor Necrons/Sisters player, so what would the Grey Knights do?

as gent said warp quake is very problematic for such a unit .+ there is still the problem of getting stuff out of transports . a single units death should not make an army lose. for draigo wings one wound always on draigo , other termis have invs . puri spams would just castle up , if he pops a unit then he eats a whole army of incoming fire [probably less] with a possible counter charge [which is kind of a death for such a glass deathstar unit] .
Would coteaz be a benefit here. As far as I know he can shoot on the opponents deepstrike. I'm not sure what profile the bedroom unit in question has, but I imagine that their is a suitable under killy unit that could take them out

As far as I'm aware, Coteaz's "I've been expecting you" rule only applies against units arriving from reserve, so Deepstriking instead of movement wouldn't activate the rule, as they aren't arriving from reserve.
