fjgarces
This is my first Thunder Wolf. The base is made of resing casted from from a silicon mold. I've just finished the seat -I'm thinking about to paint some carvings on the leather of the seat. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qNYZtDFanCY/T7ztMwialNI/AAAAAAAACeU/9ag2B_qflmY/s640/TW_007.JPG http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-r8KH8WQQyhk/T7ztLNsMKZI/AAAAAAAACeM/-o-HykwETdI/s640/TW_006.JPG http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qNYZtDFanCY/T7ztMwialNI/AAAAAAAACeU/9ag2B_qflmY/s640/TW_007.JPG Next step: detailing the head. Russ Brother 92
jebus h christ - that's some beautiful painting there chap - I love the base as well, but it's that saddle and colour blending across the fur that really draw me in. Rune_Priest_Rhapsody
Great looking model brother!! Couldn't help but notice all of the detailed work you put onto a saddle that will be mostly covered up by the riders legs... :) Still, very nice looking indeed!! eyeslikethunder
or mount the rider on the base rather the wolf Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/252820-thunder-wolf-cav/#findComment-3068383 Share on other sites
fjgarces
Yes, a grey-bluish ass will cover the seat but, I'm just practising some textures  I'm going to change lightly the tone of the fur, with fewer saturation in order that it is more faithful to an real wolf fur Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/252820-thunder-wolf-cav/#findComment-3068461 Share on other sites
