ironbear
Whilst having a slight change of heart on colour schemes from my Erik Morkai great company, My FLGS is having a finecast painting comp to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of finecast. Here is my 40k entry..................he lacks the manliness of a wolf, but i think i have just managed to do him justice..... And as this hallowed hall of the fang has THE best painters on the site i would love you opinions http://i274.photobucket.com/albums/jj250/generalbear/247.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/252917-side-project-from-my-morkai-company/ Share on other sites
Loki-LaughingDeath
Well aside from all the blue it looks great! Very crisp detail work and good skin tone. ironbear
Why Thank you, my utmost humble apologies for it not being a wolf but finecast wolf models dint inspire me, as i am doing a whole company as my main project and army, so the blue was a nice change Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/252917-side-project-from-my-morkai-company/#findComment-3069479 Share on other sites
Russ Brother 92
As Loki said - it's such a crisp paint job, very nice and clean lines, plus the shadowing around his face and the edges of the armour bring out the idea of what is imo. the most manly character outside the Wolves themselves - I mean he's a true centurion, the marcus aurellius of 40k.
