Great little company. I bought Heretic pistols and Medieval shoulder pads. The pads look amazing on my siege/boarding squad and fit like a glove. The heretic pistols look far more heavy duty than the standard bolt pistol and still fit marine proportions and hands incredibly well. Items were perfectly cast with no flash to speak of and speedily delivered.

Nothing but praise for these guys. Ordered some bits and bobs for conversion work on tuesday (bank holiday in the UK). And it turned up on thursday. Awesome quality, can't wait to order more stuff from them. And use the bits I ordered. (shoulder pads, chain glaives, and carbines.

this sums up anvil industry and their products:

if they fill out their line of different poses and wargear for their products that transfer over to the space marine codex flawlessly, their quality and designs could easily hurt GW sales.

their level of detail is comparable to forgeworld models, and the quality of the casts isnt even 'remotely' as bad as finecast or forgeworld combined. there is zero prep/fixing time on their product line. you just have to give them a quick soapy rinse with a tooth brush, and primer them and then do your thing.

i've stopped buying GW marine kits altogether now and i'm sticking to solely FW and anvil industries. i'm making all my guns the A.I. line, with a selection of their mideval and renissance body bits mixed in with FW mk 3-6 armours.

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to drop by and say thanks very much to everyone who took the time to leave feedback here about my products. Running Anvil Industry is very hard work so its really rewarding to see Im getting it right!

@A Kvlt Ghost, To add to Cyrox's great advice, I can confirm the Drum Mag, thought chunkier than the other mags also works well on a bolter, its offset so plenty of ammo!

Cheers,

Folks, just wanted to chime in with my experience with Anvil Industries.

I placed an order on Tuesday evening for some guns, heads, arms and the chain glaives. Joel from Anvil dropped them to me on Wednesday evening - I got the stuff less than 24 hours after ordering!

Service like this from any company is what turns you into a loyal customer; I'm already looking at what I'll add to my next order.

In terms of the quality of the product, the items are superb. The heads and glaives in particular are fantastic. There's literally not a single air bubble, miscast or even a bend in anything.

Can't rate this guy highly enough, very much recommended from me!

Hey,

@Chucklehead, thanks very much for leaving feedback! Im very happy you are pleased with the items, I've been waiting a while for an order geographically close enough for me to hand deliver it!

@Elmo, cheers! I suspect, based on this thread, that if I gave a discount to everyone who leaves great feedback about my company, it would swiftly go bankrupt! which would be no use to anyone! ;)

Cheers,

Joel

Just seen this thread and your site mate. Looks awesome, you can be expecting my custom anytime soon!

Got a dispatch note on the 13th and am just waiting for the postie to deliver my order.

Hurry My. Postie - I NEED THOSE GRENADE LAUNCHERS! :P

I mixed in some Anvil bits with my Mk3 pre-Heresy Blood Angels. The bionics are great - love the fact they are jointed! And the little armour plates add a nice touch of detail too.

great service, quick delivery, no bad casts, little flash.

Ordered some bits, those medieval rifle arms will look great on my future Dark Angels.

The bare heads are a bit smaller than the ussual Space Marine plastic heads we get, but... they look like they could actually fit inside the helmet. We all know the ones we get in the box are a little too big.

Happy customer.
