All of the vehicles must either have an ordnance weapon, or a weapon with Blast and a Strength of 7+' The placement of the comma is throwing me slightly. Does the comma in effect change the text to '...must have an ordnance weapon. Alternatively they must have a weapon with a blast and S7+' or does it mean '...must have either a an ordnance or blast weapon with S7+' In short; Whirlwinds okay in this?
