I've done up full Great Company lists for a few of them, namely: Erik Morkai, Gunnar Red-Moon and Krom Dragongaze, just started one for Egil Iron Wolf. Bran Redmaw has full stats + rules bits in the newest Imperial Armour book -> Doom of Mymeara (including rules for his wulfen-beasty mode).

I'd happily stick my own creations up here and intend on doing it for all the different lords, including the current ones - Logan and Ragnar - to bring them up to par with my currently created ones but also on par with the likes of Dante and Draigo (minus the 'I am the best ever' crap the destroys Draigo from fluffiness).

Some odds and ends I have found about the net:

1. Harald Deathwolf is a Wolf Lord of the Space Wolves.

He is often found riding into battle on his Thunderwolf Icetooth with many lupine beasts in tow, whether they be made of flesh, metal or a mixture of both. Usually found close behind will be his savage champion, Canis Wolfborn, a giant of a man riding his equally giant Thunderwolf, Fangir.

His chosen symbol is the Ravening Jaw, symbolized by a wolf eating a star. The Ravening Jaw in Fenrisian mythology symbolizes the Wolftime, when Morkai will eat the sun and the stars and shroud Fenris in an eternal night.

2. Grim and stern in his demeanour, Erik was named after Morkai, the wolf that guards the underworld, long before he rose to Wolf Lord and adopted the two-headed Deathwolf's symbol as his company badge1a.

He is less congenial than many of his fellow Wolves, and won his position for the terrifying effectiveness of his methods, rather than his personality. He deals with any problems that come his way with the same swift and brutal decisiveness. His Great Company specializes in stealth missions, and contains a high number of Wolf Scouts, whose grim and solitary temperament reflects their Lord's. It is whispered that, if the other Wolf Lords were still capable of fear, they would fear Erik Morkai.

Erik's twin brother, Irnist the Wise, was elevated to the Space Wolves with him, but later left his side to join Logan Grimnar's entourage as a Rune Priest, something for which Erik has never truly forgiven him.

3. Egil Iron Wolf is a Wolf Lord of the Space Wolves.

Famed across the Segmentum Obscurus for his armoured companies of 'metallic beasts of war'. Egil Iron Wolf's great company fields packs of Rhinos and Razorbacks which cut of lines of retreat whilst heavy Land Raiders and Predators rip apart the enemy. Egil himself is now more machine than man, an ugly 'cog-toothed' visage commanding his company. Whilst Harald Deathwolf may ride a great Thunderwolf into battle, Egil rides his own personalised Land Raider, a behemoth that still bears the original shields of his human household.

4. Even for Space Wolves, Sven Bloodhowl and the warriors of his Great Company are reckless, daring, and savage. They tattoo their bodies with runes and scenes depicting their own sagas; Sven himself has covered every square inch of his body with these tattoos, but, still lacking enough room, has taken to using the hides of his defeated enemies to continue his saga.

Sven's symbol on the Grand Annulus is the Fire Breather, a famous volcano on Fenris located a hundred leagues north of the Fang. During his Company's regular feasts, he and his men practice increasingly dangerous feats of breathing and walking through fire, after which they gorge themselves on heavily spiced meat and guzzle flaming liquor.

Sven's company specializes in close combat tactics, and legend says that he and his vanguard breathe fire into their enemies' ranks as they advance.

5. Krom Dragongaze - Current Wolf Lord of one of the Chapter's Great Companies. Krom's sigil is that of the Sun Wolf, who makes the belly of the sun his lair, and attacks Fenris anew with every dawn. Known as the "Fierce-eye," his presence and sheer force of will can be petrifying to a lesser man. He maintains an unusually large Wolf Guard in his company, for the Fierce-eye believes that valour should be rewarded wherever it is to be found.

6. Kjarl Grimblood - Current Wolf Lord of one of the Chapter's Great Companies. Kjarl Grimblood is a fierce rival of Sven Bloodhowl. He and his Great Company bear the sigil of the Fire Wolf. In Fenrisian myth the Fire Wolf burns without being consumed, and it is his voice of flame that melts the snows and thaws the glaciers before each season. They say that Kjarl's foresight is so supernaturally acute that it is whispered that he possessed the Gift, able to see the future in the flames. His Great Company favours a great many flame weapons, boasting no fewer than twelve Land Raider Redeemers. His Grey Hunters have a special rite of passage -- once they have killed his prey with flame, they have earned the right to paint their face with blood before each battle, the crimson flames upon their countenance marking them as a Red Hunter for all to see.

7. Engir Krakendoom - Current Wolf Lord of one of the Chapter's Great Companies. Born of hardy stock, his people are dark of skin and temperament. Engir comes from a proud line of warlords who rule over the southernmost isles of Fenris. Accomplished explorers and oarsmen, they ply the infested oceans of Fenris in search of sea monsters. It is said Engir was given the name Krakendoom after he was borne under the waves by a giant, many-limbed sea devil. When they eventually surfaced, Engir alone roared in triumph. He has taken the sigil of the Sea Wolf. His Great Company prefers to go to war in armoured transports, and boasts many Swiftclaws that act as outriders for the main force. His Great Company excels in ship-to-ship conflicts and boarding actions.

8. Gunnar Red Moon - Current Wolf Lord of one of the Chapter's Great Companies. The Wolf of the Red Moon is a terrible god of vengeance in Fenrisian society; a great skeletal beast that prowls the Seven Hells, eternally devouring the bodies of the unworthy and yet never growing fat. A broad, roaring, laughing bear of a man, Gunnar favours his Long Fangs more than most, for he reasons that Veterans make the best companions in the feast hall as well as upon the battlefield.

9. Bjorn Stormwolf - Current Wolf Lord of one of the Chapter's Great Companies. Bjorn's Great Company is notable for their noisy, intimidating splendour on the battlefield. He has taken the Thunderwolf as his symbol, for he too is a creature of might and ferocity over stealth. This Wolf Lord's spectacular assaults reflect his impatient and aggressive nature, and invariably include lots of heavy weapons, Bike Squads and Vindicators. The Great Wolf employs Bjorn's company for frontal assaults rather than stealth missions.

I did not have much luck finding "stats" per say but this should give you ideas for what is out there. The codex has details on each wolf lord if I recall correctly. Outfit them based upon that and personal preference I guess.

Bran Redmaw, Ragnar Blackmane, and Logan Grimnar have been omited as their information is pretty widely desiminated and fleshed out.
