It seems that each Primarch has some kind of 'dark side' going on. Corax showed it in Deliverance Lost when he killed a Word Bearer, and the Lion showed it through Nemiel. I'm not sure about the others, but there probably is a mention of it briefly, in the other loyalist books, that i've missed.

Fulgrim and Horus. No matter how many times I read it they just seem to fall at the drop of a hat. It literally feels like someone comes up and is like "kill the emperor he's a douche" and the prmicahs respond with "wellllll.... Ive had no problem believing in him to this point but you give a persuasive argument good fellow! Guess I better start hacking up the place and turning the whole legion and architecture in less time then it took me to get this sentence out"

Just twom:cuss falls to chaos that should have been the best especially since Magnus folly seem well planned and took longer then two seconds to decide for a better reason then "a sword made me do it" and "I got stabbed and my legion is perfectly fine but this drug induced state I'm in seems perfectly reasonable in its reasons to kill all humans"

Im sure sigismund wandered about the wall calling out the champions of the chaos host and then slicing them up. Pretty epic stuff considering it was meant to effect the morale and tactics of the chaos host since everyone they sent to fight just got chopped fairly quickly
What did Sigismund kill in the seige? Did he just walk out of the gates and start hitting the Legions with their torn-off arms singlehandedly, or did they come to him?

I don't know. My guess would be he used his reputation to tease traitor champions to glory and killed the ones who got suckered by the bait.

Yup, the background we already had suggested that Sigismund acted the part of the true Questing Knight; go forth to slay the champions of the enemy in the glorious cauldron of Space Marine warfare.

Being a Dark Angel player, I hate to say this but - The Lion is one First Class A-hole! I mean, smacking one of your Legion for questioning you or having another killed on a whim - I would rather turn Traitor than follow that guy into battle.

And the Cabal are just damned annoying.

Considering the situation they were in, killing Nemiel was understandable. I was rather disturbed by the description of Lion's face after the deed. Apparently, he was gleeful and perversely enjoyed the act.

I didn't look too much into that disciplinary action. I'm sure the primarchs and Space Marines are flushed with endorphins after killing and he was caught up in the "killing mind".

Could be. Still, Nemiel was his "little brother". Not even Russ took satisfaction while breaking Magnus' back.

Ignatius Grulgor, Calas Typhon, Lucius, the entire Word Bearers legion (sans the head of the Gal Vorbak, forgot his name...), and most of all, most.of.all...I completely hate Peeter Egon Momus.

Do you have any idea how long it takes to find the bathroom in any of his stupid buildings?? Plus, what's the deal with the three seashells, anyway?
